Welcome to Saitly. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using our website builder, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our platform. Your use of Saitly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and protect your data.

2. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Saitly offers premium hosting and website generation features for a monthly subscription fee. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge the subscription fee on a recurring, monthly basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain fully active, and your generated website will continue to be hosted until the end of your current paid billing cycle. Because full access to the service is maintained and delivered throughout this remaining period, all subscription payments are strictly non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.

3. User Content & Acceptable Use

You retain full ownership of the text, images, and content you provide to generate your website. However, you are strictly prohibited from using our platform to host illegal, offensive, adult, defamatory, or malicious content (including malware or phishing attempts). We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any website violating this rule without notice and without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

While you own the content you upload, Saitly retains all intellectual property rights to the software, platform, underlying code, user interface, and website templates. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use these tools to operate your website while your subscription is active. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our proprietary templates or builder software.

5. Subdomain Allocation

As part of our service, users may be allocated a Saitly subdomain (e.g., yourname.saitly.com). Saitly retains outright ownership of all subdomains. We reserve the right to reclaim, change, or suspend any subdomain at any time at our sole discretion, especially in cases of trademark infringement, impersonation, or prolonged account inactivity.

6. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that a Saitly user has hosted content on our platform that infringes upon your copyright or trademark, please contact us immediately at the support email provided below. We will investigate and rapidly remove infringing content in accordance with international copyright standards.

7. Data Loss and Backups

While we maintain robust cloud infrastructure, Saitly does not guarantee that user data or generated websites will be free from corruption or loss. You are solely responsible for keeping independent backups of the text, images, and content you upload to our platform. We are not liable for any data loss caused by system failures, user error, or security breaches.

8. Limitation of Liability

Saitly is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption resulting from downtime, technical issues, or the termination of your generated website.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Georgia. Any legal disputes arising from the use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tbilisi, Georgia.
